It’s that time of year again—the Sacramento weather doesn’t want to make up its mind, resulting in cold weather, warm weather, rain, wind, and everything in between. Not to mention midterms season is upon us, gracing us with creatively comfy styles. Here’s a look at what City College students are rocking during the transition into spring:
