Stephon Clark 6 months later; City College students share their opinion (video)

Six months after the police shooting of former City College student Stephon Clark, his family is still seeking justice. The investigation by the Sacramento City Police Department is still underway sparking continued protest by Black Lives Matter Sacrament Clark’s family and local religious leaders.

In this video we ask City College students for their opinion on the situation.

Clark was a former City College student from fall 2013 to spring 2015, according to Admissions and Records Supervisor Kim Goff. The unarmed African-American was fatally shot by two Sacramento police officers March 18 in his grandmother’s backyard in south Sacramento. Since his death, protests have erupted across Sacramento, calling for police reform and accountability for the two officers involved.
