On the City College website, under the Student Resources and Tutoring tab, the Learning Skills and Tutoring Center now offers students the opportunity to request virtual tutoring sessions through Zoom in subjects like math, science, statistics, multiple languages and more.
“We know that many students might not have a computer they can use at home, so we purchased Chromebooks to loan out to students for the semester,” said Flash.

“On the school website students can also request a research appointment with a librarian who will then make an appointment for a virtual [zoom] meeting,” said Jue.
Companies like Vital Source are also working with book publishers to meet textbook needs for students by offering free access to Ebooks, professor of journalism Rubina Gulati shared with her class during a presentation.
