October is National Domestic Violence Awareness Month and in keeping with its mission to host events informative and important events for the student community and the community at large, the City College Cultural Awareness Center will host a workshop on stopping violence.
The event will take place on Oct. 19 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. in the CAC and will include stories from survivors, information on its impact on children and how to find community resources.
