It’s the City College version of “American Idol.”
Pops Showcase, a concert held by the City College music department, will feature live performances by City College vocal students, on Nov. 4 at noon and Nov. 5 at 8 p.m. in room A27.
The concert, which is held once every semester, features popular songs from all generations though no religious or original music is allowed. Andy Flett, City College’s music department publicist, says that the Pops Showcase is a great way of hearing your favorite music in a live performance by local artists.
