It’s time to get back into the swing of women’s golf.
Five talented sophomores return to City College for yet another competitive season of women’s golf: Hunter Hoag of John F. Kennedy High School, Hannah Peters (Rio Americano), Hannah Reynoso (West Campus), Jayla Pons (Elk Grove) and Ciera Hoag (Kennedy), an all-league selection from last season.
Michael Thomas, the women’s golf coach at City College, is excited to start his third season helping these young women compete and improve their game. Thomas has a lot to offer from his experience coaching the women’s golf team at American River College from 2005–2009 and the men’s golf team at ARC from 2009 to present. Thomas also teaches an off-season conditioning class.
