Sacramento’s vibrant food scene, known for some of the freshest local produce and artisan foods, is missing something from it’s plate — bread. The Farm-To-Fork Capital boasts a restaurant scene that could please any palate, but Daniel Stephan feels there’s something lacking. Stephan has been a part of some of biggest restaurant names in town and now hopes to bring his passion for bread to the table. Stephan talks about his love for food and his dream of breaking bread with Sacramento.
