With winter just around the corner, the Honors Club will host a coat drive Nov. 30-Dec. 1 to collect coats for Making A Difference Homeless Outreach for the cold season.
The Honors Club is asking for donations of any coats, hats and other winter apparel, and will accept clothing in all sizes, including baby sizes. The drive will take place 11 a.m.-2 p.m. on campus at the gazebo located next to the café in the campus Quad.
Members of the Honors Club are making hats to donate for this cause.
“We have members of the club knitting hats right now for the coat drive,” said Honors Club member Tara Block.
