The Los Rios Police Department issued a crime bulletin to inform students and faculty of a sexual battery that occurred near City College campus Wednesday, March 30.
According to campus police, a woman walking toward City College was approached from behind by a man on a bike. When the man rode by the woman, he grabbed her breast. The incident occurred on Freeport Boulevard near College Avenue, west of the campus next to William Land Park.
