“Last season the players were much taller, however, this season is a bit more of a challenge,” said Nash. “They will have to stay on point at all times to keep up.”
“I’m looking forward to playing Sierra and Santa Rosa,” said team captain and setter Emmie Moroski. “Both teams are strong competitors, but Santa Rosa is currently the conference champions from last season, and they also hold the title of second in state.”
“I think we can go really far,” said Moroski. “By the looks of things, it is a very realistic possibility that we’ll win state.”
