Sacramento City and Los Rios police searched the City College City Café April 27 for a man allegedly carrying a handgun, but were unable to locate him, according to campus Public Information Officer Rick Brewer.
The suspect was talking with several other males in the City Café, according to the woman who reported him to the police around 5:40 p.m., as reported by Brewer in a campuswide email. The man pulled out an object, which the witness said looked like a firearm, and showed it to at least one other person. After putting the object away, he headed toward Land Park.
