Wilson, of the Media Action Center, will discuss the Federal Communications Commission’s lack of action when Jennifer Strange, a 27 year old from Rancho Cordova, died in 2007. Strange was participating in KDND-FM (107.9) radio’s Hold Your Wee for a Wii contest. The case made national news after Strange died from water poisoning.
