On Tuesday, City College campus saw the return of students and faculty after nearly two years of remote learning due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
The re-opening was initially delayed due to a surge in cases of the virus’ Omicron variant in Sacramento county.
Though the student population on campus hasn’t returned to its pre-pandemic numbers yet, there was a buzz of activity as students navigated the campus — many making their first trek to City College.
