    100-year jubilee Oct. 15; Community invited, preview of what campus has to offer

    City College’s Community Open House and Fair for its centennial anniversary will host a free event Oct. 15 from 1-5 p.m.
    According to Rick Brewer, communication and public information officer, the celebration will include many activities, such as 100 different cars from 1916 to the present.

    “We’ll have cars from every year the college has been a campus,” Brewer said.

    Other events at the Open House and Fair event will be:

    Opening a time capsule
    Chemistry Department demos of explosions
    K-9 demonstration
    Concerts and dance performances
