Students save lives at Health Fair

The City College’s Health Fair, presented April 25-26 by Health Services and facilitated by Blood Source, allowed students to have the opportunity to help save another human being’s life.

Alexis Bell, undecided major and City College student/athlete, offered to become a blood donor. She said she believes that everybody has a right to live.
“I will provide anything that I can, just to know that I am helping out an individual in need,” said Bell.

The event was guided by Wendy Gomez, City College nurse.
