Meet your Express editors: Anastasia “Tree” Jones, Features Editor
Anastasia Jones, 26, also known as “Tree” to her friends, is the features editor this semester at the Express.
Her love for photography lead her to the Express last semester as a staff photographer and writer.
She credits her mother and stepfather for pushing her to be well rounded in the arts, as well as her father, who worked for ABC News as a videographer.
Jones signed up at Hillsborough Community College in Florida and decided to major in bio science. After transferring to City College, she was conflicted on her direction and ultimately lost motivation. She knew she needed to get back into school.
