SCC will celebrate Veteran’s Day early

City College will celebrate Veteran’s Day on Nov. 7, by providing a free barbecue and bringing together a host of veteran support groups.

All students are invited to the Student Center from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. to meet and greet staff personnel representing organizations like the Veteran’s Affairs Employment Coordinators, Sacramento Veterans Resource Center, the Soldiers Project, and Home Front Dogs, among others.

There will be free barbecue food provided for the Veterans, and attendees.
