One month of protests in Sacramento

In the month since the police killing of George Floyd in Minneapolis May 25, Sacramento saw its first protest May 29. Since then there have been many kinds of protests with demonstrators exhibiting a wide range of emotions–from marches and sit-ins, to looting and arrests. Organizers promise that there will be more demonstrations to come.
