		<description><![CDATA[<p>Embattled Associated Student Government president Steve Macias launched a scathing attack on City College’s Health Services department Tuesday in a letter to the Express.</p> <p>Macias played an integral part in bringing an anti-abortion group to campus on Constitution Day.
