		<description><![CDATA[<p>Students who seek reproductive health services at City College may have more limited options if a bill passed in the House of Representatives is made into law.</p> <p>Under the Pence Amendment, written by Rep. 		<description><![CDATA[<p>Embattled Associated Student Government president Steve Macias launched a scathing attack on City College’s Health Services department Tuesday in a letter to the Express.</p> <p>Macias played an integral part in bringing an anti-abortion group to campus on Constitution Day.
