SCC+to+exchange+haircuts+and+manicures+for+food+donations

At two different times this semester free haircuts and manicures can be exchanged for food donations at the Cosmetology Department.

A complimentary haircut or manicure with the donation of non-perishable items, canned food, box food, or hygiene products can  be donated March 14-18, as well as April 19-22, at the Cosmetology Department. The food will then be given to City College CalWORKs to be distributed to students in need.

All haircuts and manicures are done under the supervision of an instructor at the City College Cosmetology Department and require an appointment. Work will not be done on children under the age of 6.
