Extended Opportunities Programs and Services, or EOPS, will accept applications throughout April for inclusion into the fall 2015 program. Students can go to the EOPS office in Rodda North or go to the City College website, download the application and send it in electronically.
EOPS is a counseling program known for helping students from lower-income backgrounds succeed academically.

To qualify for the program, students must:
- Live in California
- Have 12 units or more when accepted into the EOPS program
- Qualify for the BOG fee waiver form
- Not have already finished 40 degree-related units
