Embattled Associated Student Government President Steve Macias resigned Jan. 20 during an unofficial ASG meeting, leaving former Vice President Debby Dixon to fill in as interim president.
“We are going to be entertaining presidential nominations on our next meeting on Wednesday (Jan. 27), at noon,” Dixon said.
Dixon also said that she thanked Macias for his services during the unofficial meeting.
Macias has not yet commented on his resignation but said he plans to issue a prepared statement soon.
