As we get ready to say goodbye to another year here at City College, the leaves are changing and falling, the trick-or-treat buckets, once overflowing, are now almost depleted and it is almost time to carve the turkey.

The rainbows end at City College Oct. 8 signaled the end of the largest storm Sacramento has seen in 40 years.
Soon it will be time to start all over again, when we start our next semester of school or the next chapter of life. Let’s not forget all of the great things we have done and the exhausting work it took to get us here.
Though the semester is almost over, friendships made over the school term may last a lifetime. The teachings of our professors may only span a few months, but the lessons learned are deeply embedded and eternal. One semester at City College is so much more than 16 weeks.
Remember the spring, it will return soon and we will have another chance to do it all over again.
