If the recall election was invalid due to violations of the Brown Act, then the number of students that voted in it is irrelevant and the recall election would NOT have "counted" no matter how many students voted. Sorry Sacramento City College students for having an idiot ASG adviser named Lee Weathers-Miguel and an incompetent Vice President of Student Affairs named Michael Poindexter that couldn't inform you of possible law violations before moving ahead and wasting student money and resources with this unlawful recall election. Also, you should consider recalling airhead ASG Vice President Debby Dixon for her negligence and failure to follow open-meeting laws by not putting a time on the agenda.
